LITENS EASY BUTTON™ LATCH
Our patented Easy Button™ Latch uses TAP™ (Tech Assist Pin) technology — to hold the tensioner in place, making belt installation smoother and more controlled. This technician-friendly feature minimizes strain and simplifies routing, especially in tight engine bays.
Designed with real-world shop conditions in mind, the latch allows a single technician to route the belt without fighting spring tension. No more two-person jobs and less time spent in the bay.

LITENS LIFT FEATURE
Our Lift Feature provides a dedicated lift point on the tensioner, allowing technicians to safely and easily rotate the arm during belt removal and installation. It’s designed to give better leverage, better access, and better control — especially in today’s crowded engine bays.
The integrated lift point gives techs a clear, secure place to apply a tool, adding an extra lift point that makes releasing tension and routing the belt easier and more predictable. It eliminates awkward positioning and guesswork, even in tight spaces.
By improving leverage and tool engagement, the Lift Feature allows for smoother, more precise movement of the tensioner. That leads to easier installs, faster service, and less risk of damaging nearby components.
LITENS TECH ASSIST PIN (TAP™)
The Tech Assist Pin holds the tensioner arm in place during belt installation, making routing simpler and reducing the risk of misalignment. This feature gives technicians more control, safer handling, and a smoother install process.
By holding the tensioner in the retracted position, TAP allows a single technician to route the belt without fighting spring pressure. With both hands free and no need to force the arm back, the belt goes on quicker and with less effort.
Keeping the tensioner steady gives techs a clear view of the entire belt path, making it easier to confirm proper seating in every pulley. That improves accuracy, helps prevent misrouting, and reduces the chance of comebacks after the job is done.
